Okay, so, I won something! lol. I genuinely could not be more surprised as to how coherent this came out; by the time I had written the last line, I was so dizzy and confused that I laid down to close my eyes for a minute and ended up passing out for two hours. *snort* But yay! The world we could live in
Gave up some of what little sleep I get to watch the first episode of The Handmaid's Tale on Hulu. (The first three are up.)
I honestly don't think I've ever before seen a movie/television adaption of a book that stays so completely true to the source material. It's amazingly done, and by that, I mean terrifying.
Particularly in our current political and social climate.

Okay, so, this one's been sitting in my head for a while; one of two cutesy little follow-ups to The Shape of the World, which isn't strictly necessary to have read before reading this, but will probably explain a lot. For anyone who doesn't care to, the brief background is that Harry had amnesia, Draco found him running a surfshop in California, yada yada, they fell in love. ;)
