Okay, so, I won something! lol. I genuinely could not be more surprised as to how coherent this came out; by the time I had written the last line, I was so dizzy and confused that I laid down to close my eyes for a minute and ended up passing out for two hours. *snort* But yay! Gave up some of what little sleep I get to watch the first episode of The Handmaid's Tale on Hulu. (The first three are up.)
I honestly don't think I've ever before seen a movie/television adaption of a book that stays so completely true to the source material. It's amazingly done, and by that, I mean terrifying.
Particularly in our current political and social climate.

For anyone who doesn't care to, the brief background is that Harry had amnesia, Draco found him running a surfshop in California, yada yada, they fell in love. ;)

Okay, so this is a direct lift from my mini-bio, in case anyone is wondering who the crazy chick is who has been following their accounts or writing the fanfic they're reading:

Let's see, what could anyone possibly want to know of me that would be of interest? Oh, here's one! I hate filling out bios! :D

But, okay, I'm also a writer, a reader, a lover of fanfiction (most particularly drarry), a parent and a spouse and a student and a shit-ton of other things I'll probably think of later and then never remember to post about. (Also, a potty-mouth. Welcome to my page.)

I live in a small town in Southern California (no, you probably haven't heard about it. Yes, it's within reasonable driving distance of LA and San Diego and Palm Springs) with my writer spouse and my partially-evil-spawn children. I procrastinate too much and embarrass myself in public on a regular basis (ask me about the that thing I said that time to my professor) and also am in love with long, run-on sentences and parentheses; also, I love me a good semi-colon.

I'm a bit of a lurker, so draw me out if you want to talk because I'm an open-book of a lurker and really have no secrets (much to the dismay of many of the people I encounter, if I like them), so feel free to ask me anything you'd like to know.
