Author's Notes: All right, so I'm not the hugest fan of disability fics. I've seen them done well and not so well, but I do think it's an interesting and important subject matter to explore, particularly as it pertains to the emotions involved. And I know it's a squick for a lot of people, too, but this was just one of those ideas that wouldn't leave my head until I began writing it. And then, of course, it took over my life temporarily. lol.

Omg this made me crack up. I've actually been posting it for about a month on AO3, but didnt want to post here until all of it was up (my betas got way more than they--or I--expected). Lolol.
But thank you; it does feel pretty good to have written something of that length, even though it took way more time than I had planned for. :)
