Mini bio crap and links and forgive me.

Okay, so this is a direct lift from my mini-bio, in case anyone is wondering who the crazy chick is who has been following their accounts or writing the fanfic they're reading:
Let's see, what could anyone possibly want to know of me that would be of interest? Oh, here's one! I hate filling out bios! :D
But, okay, I'm also a writer, a reader, a lover of fanfiction (most particularly drarry), a parent and a spouse and a student and a shit-ton of other things I'll probably think of later and then never remember to post about. (Also, a potty-mouth. Welcome to my page.)
I live in a small town in Southern California (no, you probably haven't heard about it. Yes, it's within reasonable driving distance of LA and San Diego and Palm Springs) with my writer spouse and my partially-evil-spawn children. I procrastinate too much and embarrass myself in public on a regular basis (ask me about the that thing I said that time to my professor) and also am in love with long, run-on sentences and parentheses; also, I love me a good semi-colon.
I'm a bit of a lurker, so draw me out if you want to talk because I'm an open-book of a lurker and really have no secrets (much to the dismay of many of the people I encounter, if I like them), so feel free to ask me anything you'd like to know.
And, oh yeah, here is a link to all of my current works on AO3: Bixgirl1 on AO3

I love that description... an open-book of a lurker. :D I like semi-colons; I also like hyphen-usage. That's really stretching the limits of the hyphen, but... (I also like ellipses!)

I have been taken to task for my use of ellipses, so I try to moderate them with the use of em-dashes, but oh I'm still so in love with them.

Ah well, the reason I moved is a very, very long story. Suffice to say, I made a terrible mistake of a decision that affected my life in awful ways for 15 years, only part of that being moving away from the most beautiful place I've ever lived.
As for our joint ellipsis problem, we should never ever beta for one another. I'd be like, "You know what this needs? More ellipses." And you'd be all, "YES!" Not good. LOL! ;P

Regarding the mutual beta-ing... I don't know... It could be a good. ...Or maybe not. ;)

I also love long run-on sentences and I'm quite fond of semi-colons, too. I love it when I meet another punctuation enthusiast ;)
